Haitian Odyssey and the Jamaican Connection by Winsam Janis

Haitian Odyssey is an autobiographical account of a dramatic flight from a perilous political situation in his home country, to a place of relative serenity - Jamaica. Janis’ discourse plainly speaks about his native country as well as Jamaica. The author appeals to people within the international community against the background of prejudices against Haitian citizens abroad.
