Prices quoted do not include shipping. A separate cost will be charged for shipping and handling depending on the destination. However purchases over J$3,000.00 will be delivered free within St. Catherine and its environs.

                                       Guaranteed acceptance of return with easy steps to follow

We stand behind each and every product we offer for sale on our online store. We also recognise that from time to time, you may need to return product(s) to us for one reason or another, we endeavour to make this process as simple and easy as possible.

Our policy is to offer a store credit or exchange of equal or lesser value for the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason, however, you, the customer is responsible for returning the product(s) in a resalable condition and paying for all shipping costs. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 7 (seven) days of you receiving the product(s). All returns must be received by Metrojam Enterprise Ltd within two weeks of notification of a return.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items except for manufacturers' defects or negligence on the part of Metrojam Enterprise Ltd or its staff.

At no time do we charge restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don't need to return product(s) to us, but want you to feel comfortable in the knowledge that should you need to return a product, you can do so hassle free.

If you received free shipping on your outbound order you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound when making a return.
